CGC 1: Andreas Christou vs Simos Karslidis
On February 5th, 2022, a Cypriot battle took place as the Co-Main event on CGC 1 between Andreas Christou fighting out of Limassol and Simos Karslidis fighting out of Nicosia. Karslidis will put his undefeated 4 - 0 - 0 record to the test against a very promising opponent in Christou who is 2 - 1 - 0. Karslidis being a submission specialist wasted no time going for a triangle which he then transitioned into an armbar forcing Christou to tap and the ref calling a stop to this contest at 3 minutes and 48 second of the first round. An incredible Co-Main event to the first ever CGC event.
